Cincinnati, 150-Ton Press Brake
The Press Brake is equipped with the latest
safety features to comply with OSHA Standards and can allow us
to punch, form, notch, bend and perform other fabrication
operations needed to meet our customer’s requirements. |
 |
|
As quickly
as we had the Press Brake installed, we received a substantial
order to punch ladder sections that were currently being
extruded at our facility. Our new customer had a deadline to
meet and we did all that was possible to get the necessary Uni-Punch
tooling in place and produce the proto-type parts in time for
our customer to meet their marketing timetable. |

Custom ladder
sections with mounting holes on each side the entire length of
the part. |
A
combination of specially designed Uni-Punch Dies were used to
punch the top of the parts. |
The punch
set-up was kind of unique, since it had to punch the channels on
the sides and on the top. |
|
 |
This punching operation was
previously being performed on a CNC Machining Center which
proved to be both time consuming and costly. The
specially designed Uni-Punch dies allowed us to not only punch
the top of the channel, but also the sides as well, lowering
production costs considerably. |

|
With the
purchase of the Press Brake and specially designed Uni-Punch
dies, our fabrication capabilities are unlimited. If you have
a need to keep your fabrication requirements under one roof, we
now can meet those needs. Give us a call and present us
with you fabrication needs and see what we can do for you in
meeting those needs. |
